The service rep did not communicate timely. I expect some communication even if they were not able to get to my car. I called on a Thursday night and talked to Mr Paskow next day about a 2019 Toyota HIGHLANDER they had 4 sale. My wife and son drove up next morning and liked the car. They also was able to get me in a brand new 2024 and keep my payment within my budget, something the other 2 dealership other dealerships offered me.
