My Brand new 2025 Traverse had a catastrophic transmission failure driving on the highway. We had it towed back to Joseph and they harassed the tow truck driver. I was given a loaner car that was half the size of my vehicle and then was told to bring that one back after 2 months as I was putting to many miles on it and given an even smaller vehicle as a loaner. They offered me an Equinox EV as a loaner which was not an acceptable option for me. I waited several weeks for information and had to show up in person to get any answers. The service department does not return phone calls or texts promptly or at all in my case. I had to escalate my complaints to the service manager Karl who was very good. Unfortunately, it took months to get parts for the car and I have instituted a buyback from GM as I don't trust the car will function properly. I bought the car (after waiting for the special order for over 4 months) on November 7th and on December 27th it was dead. And, even now that I have it back until the repurchase goes through, it does not drive like it did. I am very dissapointed in the car and the service at Joseph. It's pretty sad too, as I had a 2015 Traverse that was a great car and a total workhorse. They have lost me as a customer at this point, and not just Joseph, GM as a company. More

When I showed up with my door speakers issue Dan was very good a listening to my issue. He explained everything in detail and explained that the passenger door speaker was replaced and we later discovered t good a listening to my issue. The parts were ordered in a timely manner and the repair was done quickly and professionally. Dan is a great representative of Joseph Chevrolet employees. Hats off to Dan! More

Went in to purchase a truck. Worked with salesman Sheen. Started off good and then went down hill from there. Ended up trading in vehicle, came in on Sunday as we only planned on being there for no more than an hour or two. Went in at 3pm and did not leave until 730pm. They said they were cleaning the truck up and fueling it. Went out to leave after we had a horrible experience with finance guy named Jon nichols. ‘Seemed to be rushed due to him obviously wanting to leave”. After that was all complete, my wife and I went to go get in the truck as it wasn’t fueled up and also was not cleaned “debris all over the place from previous owner”. Spoke with manager Shawn as he was very helpful and upset with his staff there and told me it was unacceptable. ‘’ supposedly guy by the name of Justin cleaned it but did a half xxx job”. We finally got to leave around 730p. I get a call the next day from finance guy Jon Nichols who said he needed more additional info in reference to another truck I had prior that was paid off. Long story short, I told him several times the truck was paid off, who I had financed it through and that they had to get a hold of the finance company as that is their job to obtain the information that they needed. I explained to Jon several times, as then, my wife got involved as she wanted to speak to his manager. He got very upset with us and then hung up the phone on us at this point I was extremely upset as nobody should hang up the phone while we are asking for a supervisor to figure out what the problem is on their end. I have to say after this was all said and done I would not purchase another vehicle through Joseph Chevrolet or most likely any of the other dealerships that Joseph owns due to our customer service experience. Also, I had a trade-in on a vehicle as we put several thousands of dollars down on the truck we were purchasing, and as we were waiting for a check, they told us it would take approximately two days due to the vehicle that we turned in was paid off as I handed them the title that same day we purchased the truck. That was also another issue that just seemed to be an argument with Jon in the finance department. We then got in contact with the guy by the name of Shane who was helpful. As we talked several times on the phone, he informed me that I would get the payoff for my vehicle as it would take possibly a couple days as that info then changed as he then advised that it would take most likely a couple of weeks to get my money on the vehicle I traded in. Shane and I talked several times as I said, and he then informed me that it would be the following Friday as my check would be there which I believe was unacceptable due to the fact of what we were initially told and that the car I traded in was paid off with title in hand… I then was called by Shane on Friday, April 4 as he informed my check for the car we traded in was there along with some floor mats that I asked then to include in my purchase. I have to say that Shane was helpful, but I feel like there was a lot of disorganization at this dealership as I have never been through all that when a vehicle that you’re trading in, is paid for and when I have a title in hand. the most helpful people during this whole transaction was Shane who was I believe in charge of finance, and also Shaun, who was one of the sales managers there. Due to the fact that I don’t think any customer should have to go through all that we went through when purchasing a used truck and when you put a substantial amount of money down on it, it should be a smooth transaction as we have purchased several vehicles through other dealerships and never had this kind of experience ever so whoever reads this, I hope they don’t ever experience what we have endured. Last but not least, they tried to add in several up charges in reference to paint protection $2195.00 (premier defense and also another $500 for Lo-Jack B.S. also, Jon tried to add an .25% more More
