Bought a used truck from here, as soon as I got home the idler pulley was squeaking, unlock button didn’t work, key battery was almost dead, tailgate speakers completely don’t work and the oil was at 50% oi idler pulley was squeaking, unlock button didn’t work, key battery was almost dead, tailgate speakers completely don’t work and the oil was at 50% oil life (I had to put oil in within a week of owning the truck) Don’t understand how all this was missed in a 100+ point inspection they supposedly do. When I took it in, the salesman told me I was wrong on what was squeaking (service told me I was right), that I wasn’t using the speakers right (showed him I was right) they refused to fix the speakers. Repeatedly told me they changed oil before I bought it, clearly did not. It was listed at $38,200 Told me he would take off the $200 and make it $38k before I drove there and when I first got there. We were under the impression we were paying the $38k, when it came to signing he added it back on and said we never talked about that which is a complete lie. Also said the vehicle was detailed, was a very poor detailing if it was actually done. I drove over an hour to purchase this truck, Overall a horrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend anyone buy another car from Danny!! Kevin, the finance guy, is a great guy, quick and easy to work with. I will Atleast give them credit for fixing my unlock button and the idler pulley but not fixing the other issues is ridiculous.
