Coupons were not deducted properly even with disposable fees. A woman came out from the service center to “explain”. It was more like she wanted to “set me straight” with her elevated tone of voice. Someone showed me the dirty filters and said they could replace them and the oil change for 199 or something like that. I said I had a coupon. I have no idea how you come up with these prices. The coupons never add up. In addition when I went to leave, they hadn’t washed the car as they had offered to. So I came back in but they had the “power washer” in the car wash… whatever that means. So I just left. More
