Due to my work schedule, I brought my Prius in on a recent Saturday to get the insides of the dash display replaced, which was under extended warranty Due to my work schedule, I brought my Prius in on a recent Saturday to get the insides of the dash display replaced, which was under extended warranty. I appreciated getting a free rental, very clean, during the time it took to order and install the parts. I had called back the day I brought it in to ask for new wiper inserts. I checked back later the following Friday, hoping I could get my car back by Saturday. The work wasn't quite finished yet but Bill said he'd try to get it done. Sure enough, he called me back that afternoon that it was ready. When I picked up my car, the wipers had somehow been missed, wasn't showing in the system, but Bill said it wouldn't take long and they'd get it done. And this was mid-afternoon on Saturday, so I appreciated the extra effort and customer service. Thanks to Bill and the service techs! I also like the thorough checks that are done along with oil changes. More

The appointment I scheduled with your service department for the repair (by phone n Recently I received a recall notice from Toyota on my 2012 PriusV. The appointment I scheduled with your service department for the repair (by phone not via your website) occurred yesterday, September 22, 2015. After checking in at the service counter promptly at my scheduled appointment time of 11:30am, I went to your showroom to wait on my repair. At 12:40pm, I went back out to the service area to check on the status of my vehicle and found it was still in the drive thru area and hadn’t been touched. I inquired at the service desk about the cause of the delay and was told everyone was at lunch and the appointment should not have been made for 11:30 but should have been made for 1:00pm. It would have been appreciated if someone would have told me this when I made the appointment, when I checked in at the service desk, or at least while I was waiting for 70 minutes in the showroom. More
Professional, knowledgeable , helpful I took my car in for a overall look over because we are moving to Arizona. We also needed a oil change and we had a wobble at a slow stop. We received a rental car at no charge. They also got us in and out same day I called. Pretty great service all the way around. My kids love the donuts, and popcorn in the lobby. I love the wifi. HIgh pressure salesman with a lack of follow through My experience was disappointing. Once the high pressure salesman had sold the vehicle (a cash payment), the customer service disappeared and the sale My experience was disappointing. Once the high pressure salesman had sold the vehicle (a cash payment), the customer service disappeared and the salesman assigned to complete the sale stopped responding to our calls. It was only when we went to the manager of the finance department that our paperwork was completed. Then it took them a week longer than promised to deliver the vehicle. On Saturday, I called about a van to inquire on a price. Was directed to Arvin Ridley (sp). From the first words I was disappointed in the high pressure sales tactics. When I asked about the vehicle he was unsure which one then quickly stated that this van was about to be sold and tried convincing me that I needed to come immediately. We did go to see the vehicle but the dealership was almost empty and nobody was looking at our van. Moreover, it hadn't even been cleaned and the salesman initially had trouble finding it on the lot. (so much for the vehicle being the focus of every customer as claimed by the salesman). We ended up paying cash for the vehicle and had a wonderful experience with the finance gentleman (no reason to remember his name as he was quick, efficient and delivered on his promises). He helped with a trade in that was difficult due to being out of state registration. The financing part was completed as promised and we received confirmation as promised. But as soon as we paid for the vehicle, the sales department needed to complete their paperwork and see that the vehicle was cleaned and inspected as promised by the sales agreement. Arvin (salesman) stopped helping at this point. We were told the vehicle would be ready on Monday. Monday came and went and our calls to Arvin were never returned. This continued for about a week until we finally asked for the finance manager and he was unaware that the vehicle had not been delivered. It was only when we elevated to management that the sales department was responsive, We only received service from the sales department before the sale and when the finance department got involved. This caused me many hours of headaches and days of delays before I received the vehicle as agreed upon at the time of sale. Most disappointing was the failure to keep us informed of any changes or delays as promised at the point of sale. I am going to be in the market for more vehicles in the next few years and I won't likely consider this dealership. More
Car Sales great, SERVICE follow up not good Our new car sales rep, Eddie was great. We love our 2011 Camry and he went way beyond to get the exact car we wanted. Using the Service Dept has not been a good experience. They give us conflicting information, never consistent. We have had our car in for service about 7 times and EVERY time I have asked for it to be washed, it has never happened. The service dept got greasy grime all over the front of my car last visit and I had just washed it myself. We take good care of our car, but they don't do the same. EVERY single time we take it for any problem, there is a charge whether it is warranty or not. They have worked with us on one occasion, but it is a battle every time. The undercoating is flaking off our exhaust system and it looks horrible (we care about our car in every aspect). We were told "that's normal, paint it yourself" and that will be $25 to tell you that. Really??? If I was unable to paint my exhaust system, am I just stuck with the undercoating flaking off because that is normal and I should expect this at 22,000 miles? Again, we care about our car and expect the same from the service department. Service dept. guy told me yesterday that I don't have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty...really? If you work in the service department, you should know the Toyota warranties. We did have a great experience with service work from Darrel F. He went above and beyond to fix a problem for us. I appreciate his effort, time and attitude in helping us, the customer. :) More

I unfortunately tried to make a purchase from toyotaparts4less.com, which is their online parts web site. After they sent me the wrong part, I contacted them. They admitted it was the wrong part, so I (at my expense) sent it back. Now they are claiming I ordered the wrong part number (their web site doesn't even show part numbers) so they will not refund the $8.28 I spent fixing their error. If this is how they do business, I'd suggest you stay as far away as possible. I'll change/remove this post if they come round and admit their mistake. BTW, I've never written a complaint like this for anything before, ever. More
