An accessibility Dream I am disabled and cannot walk far without my cart which I keep in the rear of my Scion B. I arrived on time for my appointment, was sent to the waiti I am disabled and cannot walk far without my cart which I keep in the rear of my Scion B. I arrived on time for my appointment, was sent to the waiting area via a ramp.. The work was completed in about 45 minutes and the car was waiting for me in the same area in which I left it. I didn't need to drive my cart to an area outside the building. This sounds as smooth a silk but accessibility for people with disabilities is no small feat. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable .as I travel alone. So, accessibility is critical for me and I was really pleased with the service experience. Someone asked me about my appointment time as soon as I arrived and I was served immediately. More

Service Took my 2015 tundra in for an oil change and Tim in service said I had two nails in my tire and it couldn't be fixed. I asked him if the spare was the Took my 2015 tundra in for an oil change and Tim in service said I had two nails in my tire and it couldn't be fixed. I asked him if the spare was the same wheel and he said yes so I told him to just put on the spare. I went to pick up the truck and it was a different wheel. Needless to say I took the tire somewhere else and they patched it no problem. All around just poor service and a frustrating experience More

I drank coffee, ate donuts and read current periodicals for the next 45 minutes. The wait was pleasant, relaxing and the "Free" refreshments were much appreciated. My name was called over the PA system and I went to the service area to meet with Bill who went over everything they found in their 20,000 mile check up on my vehicle and he asked if I had any questions. The whole process was completed in under an hour and I was out the door! More
