I'm extremely disappointed with Joseph's Airport Hyundai service. I bought a 2017 CTS Cadillac from them five weeks ago and quickly discovered that all four wheels were bent (two slightly and two severely). service. I bought a 2017 CTS Cadillac from them five weeks ago and quickly discovered that all four wheels were bent (two slightly and two severely). Furthermore, the windshield developed an air leak within two weeks, which I learned is due to an incorrect windshield, plus bad seal, and they won't fix it. During the test drive I told my salesman that I felt an abnormal vibration. He stated it was "probably just the road". Despite me telling them that this issue existed, they didn't offer to check it. As such, following my purchase, I had an independent mechanic investigate and diagnose that problem. IMMEDIATELY thereafter, I told Joseph's Airport Hyundai that the wheels were bent and were that way when I bought the car. They allegedly checked them right away and claimed they only needed rebalanced, then supposedly rebalanced them. Regardless, that didn't eliminate the vibration. As such, I took my car back to the other mechanic, made a video which showed the wheels were bent, and gave it to Joseph's. They FINALLY got the wheels repaired last week by making a claim for services covered through my warranty (at their expense). Prior to fixing them, I asked the service manager to put my car on the racks after repair completion, and either show me the final results or make another video, in order for me to see the improvements. He said he would do that but didn't and refused to do it when I picked up my car. After proving them wrong and at fault of selling me a damaged car for a HUGE amount of money, their demeanor became less friendly towards me. Their smiles faded and they acted like they no longer wanted to hear what I had to say neither deal with me. I understand and accept that used cars may have some issues, yet they shouldn't be MAJOR ones nor be sold for an expensive price, such as is my case. I've learned my lesson to: (a) NEVER do ANY business with Joseph's Airport Hyundai again, and (b) have an independent repairman thoroughly check out the vehicle before purchasing. Be EXTREMELY cautious about considering Joseph's Airport Hyundai for car purchases and repairs. More
I bought a beautiful Sonata SEL Hybrid from this dealership 2 weeks ago. It was a very positive experience due to my wonderful salesman, Ian Manuel. Even though I arrived at the dealership, 20 minutes before closing, he allowed me to drive the vehicle and never made me feel hurried. The vehicle purchase was completed before I left in a very friendly and professional manner. Seth, the manager, was also very helpful and friendly. When I went to pick up the cat, Ian had an emergency and could not show me the cars features. He called 2 days later and came to my home to show me the car and was again very patient and professional. Everything was done with my convenience in mind. Thank you Ian, Seth, and Airport Hyundai!! The payment after dealer discount of 2000, Military Discount of 500, and 1500 cash back should be 290 to 315 per month….after tax . He is also trying to be shady on the interest rate because I can get 2.69% from my CU. Also, I have Excellent credit , so he is just being dishonest. It is unfortunate because I liked you. Now, I will be forced to give Airport a bad Google review and purchase from another dealer. Thank you for trying, you were nice and the girls liked you. More
