Horrible Well it started off with them not having the car I was looking for on the lot. They kept putting me in different cars that wasn't even the same as th Well it started off with them not having the car I was looking for on the lot. They kept putting me in different cars that wasn't even the same as the one I was looking for! Finally they guy located the one I wanted but I wasn't allowed to have it brought up for me to test drive without me signing papers to buy the car at that point I was in love with the look and what not of the car so I wanted it! The next day comes and my car comes and they make me redo all the same papers I did the night before which I knew was a wast of time because he didn't have any of the car info but I got my car have it less then 24 and they call me there's been a recall on my door locks Which I wasnt happy about then I get to the dealership to have it fixed and they tell me that they don't even have the parts to fix it (when they made the Service appointment for me to bring in my car )then the guy says well I'll fix the other recall (that they didn't tell me about) on my brand-new car and they would fix that one till the part came in .. At this point I am not very happy With the service I was receiving or my new car at that point!! Finally I get that taken care of I pick up my car to get home two days later my door locks don't work right I took it back they supposedly fixed it I did check it to make sure it works but a couple days later it doesn't work again so I have to take my car up there for the third time!! This time I tell them my car is making two different noises they hear it and tell me it's the gdi pump and that there's nothing to do about it the Second noise I was told that maybe something was just loose .. They "fix" it and tell me my car is ready for pick up I get there and there's black grease all over my car and window! I've only had my car back less then 24 hours so I'm not even sure if it's really fixed but I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all (the car sales man was nice worked hard on finding me my car but when it came to getting stuff done I wasn't happy!) ( oh and the second time I went there to pick up my car I talked to A manager asking for a bigger manager but he assured me that he would take care of everything and I have yet to hear from anyone) More
