Overall please Purchase experience good but service asst manager had no clue what was going on. Told us 3 times our vehicle was ready - but in fact the part had not Purchase experience good but service asst manager had no clue what was going on. Told us 3 times our vehicle was ready - but in fact the part had not even arrived. Actually went to dealership once to pick up vehicle but it wasn't ready. New car got a flat tire after 4 days. Dealership replaced tire but threw the spare ( donut) in the back and did not return it to its proper place. At that point it was the principle of the thing and I had to make yet another trip to the service department on a Saturday where I waited over 30 minutes - finally had a finance manager help get the situation resolved. Janet "I had done a lot of research prior to buying a new car. So I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I was taken back as I was told that because my credit score was so ""bad"" that Joseph could only offer me a lease deal. According to sales people at Josephs, I was not able to purchase a vehicle from them. Of course by that time I decided I wanted the car and reluctantly agreed to the lease. Only to find out later, that I was misled. I did more research and determined that I could have easily purchased a car from a different dealership. I love my car, however, I believe I was misled. I believe that I was taken advantage of. Since that time, I have gone to two other dealerships and both could offer me the same car, but to purchase.... not lease. I am uncertain why Joseph sales needed me to lease a car. I figure that they were just meeting a quota and I was a likely prospect. Everyone was polite and kind. But bottom line, is that I felt misled and that has left a bitter feeling. I will recommend Joseph Hyundai, but will also warn the potential customers about my experience. I asked for information on auto start and was told I couldn't get that. No reason provided, just ""no"". I am now getting e mails from Serius Radio... Do I even have serius radio or a trial??? I have no idea. I was not told if I that was a perk. I was told to read the manual to set up my blue tooth. Good thing I have family who have newer vehicles so they could work with me to get my blue tooth up." More
