There was no pressure from salesman Kevin (I understand they do NOT work on commission, they are salaried). He simply answered my questions, made sure I was happy with my selection, and guided me through the paper work. I must say it was pretty darn easy, compared to other dealerships I've been to where they seem constantly interested in trying to upgrade you to a more expensive car and often want to challenge you in a price haggling contest. I liked shopping there. I would go again. More

Because of this we have been sharing my 2007 red prius. My husband found the 2012 red RAV4 on your website and Mark spent time with him answering all of his questions - the next day we went in and Mike was so helpful - he answered all of our questions. Mike showed my daughter all the features of the car and talked directly to her so that she felt like she was the only one involved in the decision making process - it was great to see how excited she was about the entire process. When we went back to take delivery - Mark was so helpful - even offered to par her phone for her (too bad her phone wasn't charged) but he did say to come by if she had trouble. It was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. Now we are each back on the road in our own beautiful red cars - Thanks to Mark and Mike! More

Dennis easily accommodated my schedule and I was so relieved that he was with me at each visit instead of my being handed off to others. Having the same person meant he knew all that we had discussed, had all the info in one place and knew where we were in the process. This saved me from sharing the same info over and over to others. With Dennis' professionalism I felt that the customer was the #1 priority and it made for an enjoyable experience. More

The prices were a mystery, as well as what kind of deal they could make. Also, they couldn't believe that we wouldn't want to buy from them. Not so at Jordan! Kara was friendly, helpful and up front as to the price and the payment we would have! No pressure, and they gave us time alone to talk and see what the other was thinking. The whole process only took a couple of hours, including test driving a couple of vehicles. We actually enjoyed it! We will be back! More
