Easy, fast sale First of all, I should say that these people were just the nicest, most informed people around. They went out of their way to find us the right car. It was a great experience, for what that's worth (and to us, it's worth a lot!) We feel like we got a pretty good deal on our 2009 Toyota Prius. We didn't let on, but we were in a big hurry. Everyone we talked to was clear and forthcoming about information. They were also great listeners. We could communicate very easily what we wanted, and they'd look up information if we had questions. Dennis made a couple of phone calls at short notice to find out detailed information on making extra keys, warranty information on specific parts etc. In the end we paid a fair price. Mid to high end of fair, but certainly not overpriced, especially considering the extra certification, short-term warranty, and loyalty program Jordan provides. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase. More

Kevin, who we had worked with previously was with other customers but that didn't mean we had to wait. two other sales reps were happy to get us started checking out the vehicle we came to see while we waited for Kevin. We made the decision to purchase the car which meant that Kevin and also Joel in finance. were going to be staying way past closing time to get all the paper work completed. Kevin didn't make us feel rushed at all and took his time explaining all of the features on the car and setting up some of them with us. It was a very enjoyable experience. We didn't feel either pressured or rushed, but rather appreciated. More
