Great buying experience I never once felt like we were being "sold" but rather we were being worked with to find the right vehicle for our family. I figured this process was going to be so horrible and I was going to get screwed but Kevin Ball and Jordan Automotive changed everything once we got there. It was the 5th place we visited and we did not have to go anywhere else. The same car at 3 other dealers was 3-4 thousand higher and that's because they mark it up to haggle and make you think you are getting a deal.... but Jordan gives you the deal up front. I tested this out at other dealers and they still couldn't come close to Jordan with the "deals" they were offering. I highly recommend and will most likely buy all my cars from Kevin and Jordan Automotive if the situation permits. More

We chatted with a representative and set up a appointment for 4:00PM to look at a Nissan Versa Note Hatchback and a Dodge Journey. Upon arriving at the dealership Shawndel Gordon had both vehicles parked in front of the pre-owned building ready to go for our appointment. Shawndel greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. Shawndel got a little background on us and asked what our needs were since we had two very different vehicles selected. Shawndel gave us the details on the Nissan Versa Note Hatchback and let us go for our test drive. Upon returning to the dealership Shawndel again greeted us and asked us about our experience. Shawndel then gave us the details on the Dodge Journey we were also interested in, and let us go for our test drive. We returned to the dealership to make our decision between which vehicle we would like to purchase. Shawndel provided us with some helpful notes and pointers for our purchase and then gave us time to think about our decision. My wife and I decided to purchase the Nissan Versa Note Hatchback. The price was out of this world! A black 2014 Nissan Versa Note Hatchback with 11,801 miles for $12,941.00! Shawndel got our paperwork started and guided us through the process. We were denied for a loan by our bank that we have paid two car loans off with. Shawndel took this information and sought help from the Business Manager, Mike Bishop. It is now after hours and we all had our fingers crossed that Mike could come back with a approval. Shawndel informed us that if our financing application came back denied that he would come in tomorrow, on his off day, and work on the application. Within 10 minutes Mike came back with our approval. We were ecstatic. We left the dealership about 7:30PM, an hour and a half after they closed. The level of service we were provided was out of this world. I will always recommend and continue shopping with Shawndel and Jordan Automotive. More

Out of State Buyers Beware - Don't buy their Warranties I bought my Escape two months ago and opted for the "Bumper to Bumper Warranty" I was sold. Now 2 months later and very surprised I have problems alr I bought my Escape two months ago and opted for the "Bumper to Bumper Warranty" I was sold. Now 2 months later and very surprised I have problems already with only 45000 miles, I've been to 3 service centers and none are willing to fix the issue. How are struts not covered on a 45000 mile car that has the best warranty you can purchase. All I have been told is that most service centers do not accept their warranties and I should cancel my policy for a more reputable company. I financed this warranty and I don't have another $2000 for a different warranty. FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! More
