Horrible customer service and hidden fees I drove from Houston To San Antonio to buy a Vehicle from this dealer. Jordan motor cars. The 2015 RC 350 Lexus for $29.997 for firm price. and to I drove from Houston To San Antonio to buy a Vehicle from this dealer. Jordan motor cars. The 2015 RC 350 Lexus for $29.997 for firm price. and to trade in my 2008 me cls 550 for $10.000 We all agreed. while doing the paper work. The sale associate name. Earl wiley working together with Andy de leon assistant manager. When i reviewed the paperwork. They had charged me an 580 extra. I asked them. What is this amount for. Earl wiley said. That for 3 month 3.000 mile warranty I said this car still under manufacturer warranty. Why need it. I'm not going to buy it. I can buy the car as is . He said. I don't care who are you. Who ever even uncle Sam If they want to buy the car over here .they have to paid for this amount. He raised his voice. so i just I walked out. I just wanted to let the people know. There are so many dealer. with much better customer service. And so many cars out there. We are work so hard for our money don't let this happen like this dealer. Try to get your money different way.
