It's a smaller location, with a nice selection of cars, and a very friendly staff Never have I ever been to a dealership like Jordan Motorcars before. It's a smaller location, with a nice selection of cars, and a very friendly staff. Not once did I ever feel like I was sitting with a "high pressure used car salesman", everyone was so professional and also personable. Andrew was our direct sales representative and he was very accommodating; from the moment I called him to set up a time to visit, all the way until we made it home and followed up to just make sure everything was still satisfactory. We brought our two toddlers and thought it was sure to be a disaster, but he made sure they had snacks and juice if they wanted it. The facility also had a train table that kept the kids occupied while we discussed the car. The car was very clean and ready to show, sitting out front when we arrived... you'd be surprised that this was not a common occurrence based on the previous places we searched and it sure was a welcomed sight. Andrew was very knowledgeable, he had carfax ready and waiting along with other price comparison tools, and he was up front about the car; which was a relief because you always hope you didn't buy some hidden problems with your used vehicle. Mike, the manager, was also very diligent at trying to accommodate our very limited time. He was on the phone working out our financing, crunching numbers to show us all of our saving options, and assisting us in navigating our purchase. I've purchased new and used cars before from large Mazda, Dodge, and Toyota lots. This quaint facility has definitely made it to the top of my list for the shopping experience. Overall, I could definitely see myself returning to Jordan Motorcars and purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. More

We went in the first time to just go have a look at the cars we saw from their website and we were greeted and treated with respect as soon as we walked in. The second time we came to this dealership, my boyfriend bought his car. It was a relatively easy process even though we were a little confused because neither of us has ever bought a car before, however Monty And Mike were very helpful and explained everything to us and helped us through the entire process. The third time I went into this dealership I bought my car and I was treated with genuine concern and helpfulness like I had every time before. The staff here are genuine people who are very helpful. Very happy to have bought my first car from Jordan Motorcars. More

Finding a Good one was easy Found a 2010 Mazda CX-9 online through CarGurus.com at Jordan Motorcars in San Marcos. Good, detailed description.They stayed open a little late so I Found a 2010 Mazda CX-9 online through CarGurus.com at Jordan Motorcars in San Marcos. Good, detailed description.They stayed open a little late so I could test drive. Front brakes had an issue. (worn pads) When I mentioned it to Mike, he didn't even blink when he sadi We'll get it fixed. They did a brake job within 2 days. Very fair price. I had great communication with Dan. Since we paid cash, I was only at the dealer for 30 minutes and was on my way. Good guys! More

Wonderful Customer Service!!!!! I went to see what i can do about a Trade with my Camaro. Drew Mcciver, who is awesome referred me to Dan and I instantly vibed really well with him. Dan did everything in his power to make sure i left off the lot happy. Not only Dan but Mike was awesome as well. There wasn't a moment i wasn't smiling and laughing. They were both so patient and willing to go at all ends to make sure i was satisfied and i'm 110% satisfied with the end goal. I've never felt so well taken care of.
