Best Buying Experience Ever!! We had been looking for a nice Subaru Impreza for quite a while and were really getting frustrated . We couldn’t find the right car and when we found a nice one the sales people were super high pressure, tag team, quota not customer driven ( we called their operation “ The Bullpen”!). We found this Impreza online that Jordan Motorcars had. It seemed perfect! We when we called, the salesman Dan was super nice, professional, answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in giving me a great buying experience. Originally, Dan agreed to come in on his day off to do the deal ( we managed to come on a work day)! We live 3.5 hours from the dealership and were on a tight schedule but Dan had everything ready when we got there. The car turned out to be perfect. Mike the sales manager did an outstanding job on all the paperwork and was super nice and friendly at all times, The whole experience was like buying a car from close friends who looked out for you every step of the way. This type of dealership is almost impossible to find today - they really put the customer first!! I unequivocally give my highest recommendation to Dan, Mike and Jordan Motorcars. The best Dealership experience I have ever had. I have bought 2 vehicles this year, a Lexus RX 350 from Lexus at Dominion and a Nissan Maxima from Jordan Motorcars in San Marcos. Without getting int I have bought 2 vehicles this year, a Lexus RX 350 from Lexus at Dominion and a Nissan Maxima from Jordan Motorcars in San Marcos. Without getting into details about the Lexus purchase in April, I will just say that Dan Emrie made the entire purchase process extremely easy and comfortable with no pressure to buy whatsoever. He took his time to explain everything and made sure that we understood everything about the vehicle and the purchasing process. While we were going through everything with Dan, Mike Magana was already hard at work processing the financing paperwork to make the transition over to the financing portion go as smoothly and quickly as possible. All in all I want to say it took less than 2 hours from walking in to driving my car off the lot. I knew I had made a great choice purchasing a car from them after Dan took it upon himself to follow up and make sure everything was going well and that I was enjoying my car, and that when an issue arose at no fault of theirs they went about and beyond to take care of it at no cost to me. Thank you Dan, Mike, and Rick (does not work at this lot) for taking care of me and making the tedious process of buying a car so great. More
