Exceptional! I have been so pleased with Lexus at Mishawaka! I purchased a used RX350 (with the help of Greg) back at the end of September. As winter approached, t I have been so pleased with Lexus at Mishawaka! I purchased a used RX350 (with the help of Greg) back at the end of September. As winter approached, there was cold air blowing from the passenger vents. I made an appointment to take it in and get repaired. They checked out everything thoroughly. They found what was causing the issue (after eliminating various things), and fixed it ... and, since my purchase was so recent, they did not charge me! :-) ... I'm so grateful that Lexus cares about their customers, their cars, and their name. The service here is exceptional! (Thanks Greg, Jessica, and team!) More

Speaking of service: I called weeks in advance to schedule my first service; 5,000 miles and asked if I could have a loaner to run a few close errands. Service dept said Yes to loaner and it would take 1.5 hrs. I came in and left my vehicle and got loaner & said I'll be back in 1.5 hrs to pick up my vehicle. I know they understand I have a scheduled Appointment and would need it finished in a timely manner. When I returned in 1.6 hrs ; they Had NOT even started on mine service. Not what I had planned.
