Within 20 minutes I was at the dealership and given a loaner. Although I didn't see my normal service provider, he definitely checked in with me when I picked up my car later that afternoon. Good follow up on service We brought our Lexus in for a new radiator. It was supposed to be fixed in a day but one of the mechanics mistakenly brought another vehicle in ahead We brought our Lexus in for a new radiator. She even took ownership of the lack of parts to support a vacuu Jessica is nothing shy of professional and ensures I feel well supported in every way. She even took ownership of the lack of parts to support a vacuum recall issue on our RX 350 for the second time while it was in for an oil change.
