Routine maintenance My only concern on my visit was the length of time it took to complete the work. Nothing out of the ordinary was done for a 5 hour visit. Thank goodness I had a loaner but next time I'm going to drive it home and return it another day. I came from out of state so it wasn't like I could go home to wait. Their special probably caused an abundance of appts which needs to be relayed to customer. More

Interval service the an issue afterwards Had a routine service. Was complimentary as part of certification, yet previous interval service at Tom Wood Indy was charged $500. Tony of Mishawaka service clarified I was indeed eligible based on $1000 insurance when vehicle purchased at Merrillville Lexus. Very pleased with Tony and service. J More
