Tire Repair Polite, efficient, had tire damage question if repairable or need replacement. Was given a loaner to continue my business for the day. Notified with result of check, replacement needed was given cost for my approval also given time expectancy.. Tire needed to be ordered. Was offered the use of loner until repair was taken care of. I was notified two hours later the tire was ordered and picked up by a member of the department and my Lexus was ready for pickup. Which I truly appreciated. So another day wasn’t interrupted.
