I have a 2016 Lexus RX 350. It has a 3G system that will be obsolete around the October 31, 2022. The Safety Connect® will no longer function as of October 31, 2022 at 11:59PM CST. As of that date, Automa be obsolete around the October 31, 2022. The Safety Connect® will no longer function as of October 31, 2022 at 11:59PM CST. As of that date, Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Emergency Assistance Button and Stolen Vehicle Locator will no longer be available. I called Jordan Lexus , Mishawaka and explained the safety features would not work, so does Lexus have a recall or software upgrade to make my car work with the safety features. They explain they do not at this time, but if I wanted more information to call corporate . I did and they do not have a recall or upgrade . Bottom Line NO Solution/Fix If you have a Lexus that is 2010 to 2017 your car will not have the safety feature as of October 31. Not only not having safety feature eliminated, the resale value will be decreased. I do not want to buy a new vehicle to get these safety features. This is my first time I bought a Lexus and will be my last if they don't provide a solution. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. More
Don't stand behind their products, bought set of wheels at a cost of $2400 and was told had lifetime warranty well apparently not the case have a 5 year limited warranty, very limited. Lexus IS always great at keeping us updated throughout the process. They had a delay due to the part being broken and gave us a loaner. We love having our vehicle serviced by Lexus. the process. The customer service was excellent, however, I feel as if I were swindled out of nearly $150 during my visit. Not worth the time at the end of the day. I already knew what was wrong, and only wanted a quot I were swindled out of nearly $150 during my visit. Not worth the time at the end of the day. Finally I was quoted nearly $1500 with the part being only $100, and shop fee being $37. More
