Still waiting for a return call..weeks later I took my vehicle in for service stating it was very loud from the rear of the vehicle. I knew one brake caliper was frozen in the out position becau I took my vehicle in for service stating it was very loud from the rear of the vehicle. I knew one brake caliper was frozen in the out position because there was no wear on the rotor. The car was also pulling to the right and I had uneven tire wear on the left front tire. They said both rear calipers were frozen, so they were replaced on the rear. The right front control arm was also replaced due to damage and failed bushing they state. The issue is I do not believe anyone ever test drove the car to see what the possible noise I was complaining about was because when I got my car back the noise was still very loud. Jessica stated the tech said my tires were cupping and maybe a bearing in the wheel would need to be changed at some point. I said the tires had less than 1000 miles on them and the front ones had come from the back and show no signs of cupping after 13k miles. The car was also still pulling to the right. So I had just spent close to $2100 and still had the same issues that I went in with. The noise is not small and doesnt come and go. Yes the brakes were fixed correctly but the noise was not coming from the brakes, and if it were driven that should have been easily picked up. Also in order to get to the wheel bearings I believe you have to remove the rotors, calipers, etc..which was being done on the car already. When it comes to safety a wheel bearing could break at any time if it is starting to fail. I called on 8-13 and left Jessica a message at 10am, but not hear back from her that day at all. I called again the following day after 10am and left anther message. I got a return call about an hour later. I expressed my concerns and she said she would forward it to her service manager. It has been over 2 weeks and no response from him Robert Grooms(as listed on website as service manager), so I called him on 8-27 and left a message. I had just gotten this survey and thought I would give them a chance to remedy the situation before I filled it out. It is now 8-30 and no response. I m not sure how many times I have to call, or maybe they are hoping I will just go away. Or maybe Jessica would have followed up with him about it a couple days later?? I just was wondering how long it would take to get back to me. I travel and am out of town a lot, but we are also fortunate to have 3 vehicles, so the Lexus has just been sitting in the driveway. The inspection was far from the World Class Inspection they claim, as is the service. More

Compares highly to other experiences with Lexus I needed to get maintenance here during our 2 months visit from our home in Utah, where we go to the SLC center. I really like this service center. Normally would recommend I normally would recommend Lexus but the last time I picked up my car I did not notice it right away I was in a hurry but when I got home noticed ther I normally would recommend Lexus but the last time I picked up my car I did not notice it right away I was in a hurry but when I got home noticed there was grease all over my seat. I take great pride in keeping my car clean I had to really scrub with leather cleaner to get it all off in hindsight I should have taken a picture but did not think about it More
