After 25 years of purchasing Toyota vehicles, we decided to treat ourselves to the luxury line of Toyota, Lexus. We had been so excited! But shortly after purchasing it in 2015, our RX350 started having issues. And it seemed like it was one thing after another. The dealership was always professional, always very accommodating. After the third issue, the dealership started working with the corporate office to see if there was anything they could do to fix this issue for us. Our original sales person, Norma Jean, stayed on top of the problem, advocating for us along with the owners of the dealership. They were able to get us an extended warranty on the vehicle for an extra 2 years beyond the original warranty to cover any problems that might come up. We were happy to have received this extension. A few weeks later, we received another phone call from Norma Jean letting us know she was authorized to offer us a significant amount off of a new vehicle, if we wanted to go that route. The dealership knew I did not feel good about my vehicle and they did everything they could to make it right. Initially after all the problems I had with it, I vowed I would never purchase another Lexus again. The dealership's handling of the problems has convinced me that I would never buy a vehicle from anyone else! They stand behind their products 100%. And they didn't stop until they knew I was completely satisfied.. I've read reviews of other Lexus dealerships on forums for Lexus owners. If you want a great experience, I cannot recommend Lexus of Mishawaka highly enough. More

Great car, great dealership I love my Lexus CT, which Greg at Lexus of Mishawaka advised me to purchase after I had been driving a RX for several years. It's smaller, of course, I love my Lexus CT, which Greg at Lexus of Mishawaka advised me to purchase after I had been driving a RX for several years. I also wanted an affordable hybrid without leather (an option for the CT), since I am vegan and concerned about gas emissions. Besides being sustainable this car looks good, drives well, and is just perfect for my needs. Servicing is always a breeze. Everyone at Lexus of Mishawaka has been welcoming and supportive. More
