I promptly told her that I had received a call from Adam who was following up on past clients. She said he was not in but that she would help with anything I needed and let him know I stopped. Shirley was so kind and showed me many vehicles. I then went back and met with Adam who was very helpful and friendly. Adam worked hard to get us the Lexus we wanted and answered all our questions. I have had my RX 350 F Sport for 2 days and Adam has followed up with me with a phone call and email. Great personal service Adam! More
