Speaking of service: I called weeks Norma Jean is Fantastic sales lady! She is great to work with and she rememberd me when I came in for service. Speaking of service: I called weeks in advance to schedule my first service; 5,000 miles and asked if I could have a loaner to run a few close errands. Service dept said Yes to loaner and it would take 1.5 hrs. I came in and left my vehicle and got loaner & said I'll be back in 1.5 hrs to pick up my vehicle. I know they understand I have a scheduled Appointment and would need it finished in a timely manner. When I returned in 1.6 hrs ; they Had NOT even started on mine service. Not what I had planned.
