Excellent Customer Service Mrs. Richardson went above and beyond in all areas of sales making sure that all of the features that we were requesting on a vehicle as well as the Mrs. Richardson went above and beyond in all areas of sales making sure that all of the features that we were requesting on a vehicle as well as the price were met prior to us driving 6 1/2 hours to complete the sale. We cannot remember if it was Mr. Brooks or Mr. Watson who also helped with regard to negotiating/approving the sale price, but that also was handled very timely. Mrs. Richardson also acknowledged the young man who detailed the vehicle and the service department who did necessary service to the vehicle prior to us picking it up. Alicia Debicka also was acknowledged and she also made sure that we were given information as to all of the features on the vehicle and how to best utilize them.
