Travelled to dealer who wouldn't consider dealing with me Found an L/Certified RX Hybrid online and became interested after getting details from salesperson. Shirley helped get me intrigued enough to travel Found an L/Certified RX Hybrid online and became interested after getting details from salesperson. Shirley helped get me intrigued enough to travel up there. Found the car had some blemishes and looked like the wheels had be driven bumping the curb wheels were scratched up. Found 2 broken items in the car. We started to negotiate and we were asked to give a price we'd consider, so yes - we low balled it and figured we'd get a counter. Nope. Manager didn't want to "insult" us with a counter - so we were sent on our way. Well, frankly I was insulted that we'd invested our time and money for something they were obviously not interested in our business. I've cancelled my interest in a Lexus in Indianapolis as well because of this treatment and will be considering other options. More
