But Normajean is so knowledgeable about Lexus car, and about the different experience and value between Lexus dealer and other dealer, that after talking to her on the phone we decided to visit the Lexus dealership she worked in. The dealdership is very friendly and comfortable and Normajean is just as knowledgeable and sincere in person as on the phone. She explained to us the value of certified Lexus, the various benefits of owning a Lexus. She also shared her own experience as a 20 plus year owner of Lexus. Her father is a mechanics so when she explained the benefit of Lexus to us, it is highly credible. She is also very polite and considerate of our decision process.
