After looking at several types of cars, at different dealerships, Lexus of Mishawaka blew every dealership out of the water by their customer service. Our sales lady,Norma Jean, was amazing. My husband and I had no idea what we wanted but knew thatnwe wanted to get out of our mini van. Norma Jean guided us to what she thought would fit our needs. Best of all, there was NO PRESSURE! Although we didn’t buy a Lexus from them, a month later we returned and bought a Yukon that someone had traded in. Lexus gave us all the perks that they offer to those who do buy a Lexus. Eventually we would like to get a Lexus and we most definitely buy from Lexus of Mishawaka and Norma Jean! More
