I see they are offering a great deal through Lexus, when I call to ask about that, they said sorry we cant give you the same deal. Why wasn't I offered that yesterday? Real shady. Typical salesmen stuff. Again, I'm dropped off again to pick my car up. Now they say my husband has to sign. While he is waiting forever, the finance manager, Jason is in his office playing on his phone. He knew my husband needed to get back to work. Very unproffessional,very rude. We were given a different salesmen who said that someone will be reaching out to you for home service techy support, never happened, manager was suppose to reach out to us because of the poor service, never happened.
