135k service I was impressed by the service consultant, Neal Armstrong, and the crew that worked on my car. I brought it in for a regular oil change, but upon insp I was impressed by the service consultant, Neal Armstrong, and the crew that worked on my car. I brought it in for a regular oil change, but upon inspection they alerted me (via text message) that my brake pads were worn and may need to be replaced. That required keeping my car overnight. So, they let me keep the loaner vehicle until my car was finished. They were timely and fair with price! Thanks, Lexus of Mishawaka! More

I originally scheduled by phone with a very courteous and helpful customer service person. Afterwards I needed to reschedule. I used a link in the confirmation email I had received to pull up a calendar of available dates and times and was able to reset my appointment in literally seconds. When I arrived there was no waiting, I was greeted by my service person, confirmed the work to be done and was escorted to a very nice waiting area. The service took exactly as long as I was told, and while waiting I had access to beverages, snacks, reading materials and a huge screen tv in a very comfortable space. When I went to my car, it had been washed on the outside and cleaned inside-an unexpected bonus! The overall experience and people were all top notch! More
