The car to be serviced was purchased from Jordan and is owned by my wife. My regular scheduled service time was nearing but I had questions about a previous service procedure. The service manager and his assistant answered my questions by admitting a mistake was made. I had come into the Ford shop early afternoon where it died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. Mary took over and told me they would be able to take care of everything that afternoon after my truck had the checkup. I was impressed! I expected my truck would be there overnight and maby repaired the next day. Mary kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs, she is a real "Pro". When I left I was very happy to have my transportation once again. More

Best dealership I have ever been to for service. They are knowledgable and honest. If they don't know the answer they will tell let me find for you. Not just making an answer up as they go.
