Failed to follow through on Software I had some work done on my '17 Mustang in the Summer of 2018. Part of this work required Jordan Ford to flash my computer. What they didn't do was g I had some work done on my '17 Mustang in the Summer of 2018. Part of this work required Jordan Ford to flash my computer. What they didn't do was give me a copy of the original programming from the computer. In Jan of 2019 I was having some work done at an independent service center that required the original calibration (the one Jordan installed locked the computer). When the new service contacted Jordan for the calibration, they said that they had emailed it to me. They did not, in fact I even had (and still have) the Ford Customer Viewpoint email from the visit back last summer, I certainly would not have kept a survey and deleted something as important as the OEM calibration for the car. Long story short, Jordan Ford fell through because their tech used his own computer and didn't pass on the most important item. Then tried to say I was the one that had it and they emailed it to me (why is there no record of their email to me on their own server?). It ended up costing me a few hundred extra in order to sort it out. The way Jordan handled it though, they have lost my business both sales and service. More

I need to mention that when my car had a problem my salesman Shawndel did come to my house and jumpstart my car for me. I can now recommend Jordan Ford. More
