Ashley Williams made the experience as smooth as possible. I found the vehicle on-line and called Ashley when I knew I was serious about purchasing it. We exchanged a few texts, a couple calls and that was that. I live 2 hours away and noticed a fuel smell in the cabin once we got home. We drove it around the next day and found it wasn't better. In the meantime Ashley txt me to see how everything was and when I told him what was going on he immediately scheduled a pickup on the car for inspection. They came to me and picked up the car and have it now in the repair center. That's the definition of quality customer service.
