First of all, I would rather drive 2 hours to get to this dealership than purchase anything from the dealership that is 20 minutes from my home. Next, this is the second Rogue I have purchased from this de dealership than purchase anything from the dealership that is 20 minutes from my home. Next, this is the second Rogue I have purchased from this dealership. I upgraded from an SV Premium to a Platinum. I LOVE the Rogue! My experience with them has been exemplary. Justin, the salesman who helped with both purchases, makes you feel like family. He has the best personality, knows these cars inside and out and if I need to buy another one, I will also ask for him. He is straight forward on pricing for the new car as well as the trade in. He searched for a particular color I wanted and was so disappointed when he couldn't find it in the SL Premium version. He then called to let me know that his manager had offered us an AMAZING deal on a Platinum edition in the color I wanted. WOW! The young lady, Mrs. Destiny, who handled the paperwork side of the transaction was also very helpful, knowledgeable and made you feel at home. Last but not least, a service department can make or break a dealership. This one is exceptional. Candace is so nice and helpful! I had some warranty work done on the last Rogue and she worked with my schedule, knowing I lived 2 hours away. Thankful for Jones Nissan and again, while I don't plan on buying another can anytime soon, I would go right back to them. There is nothing like a small-town dealership to make you feel welcome. More
