My husband was contacted last week to go in and speak with someone. He was greeted at the door by a salesman that hung up on him and then given to another salesman. My husband was issued our refund (which we had to get in person) and then left. No one tried to come to any sort of resolution. No one tried to order our vehicle or gave us a legitimate explanation. My review 100% stands.
