How long does it take to get a new key cut? I had to drive 30 miles to the dealership to hand them my key. I had to pay $250 dollars. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to call and let me know the key's ready, so I can drive another 30 miles to pick it up. Apparently they are not able to take credit card payments by phone. Such an ordeal and a cost just for a car key. More

Vance answered all my questions and he listened to all my needs and concerns in reference to the purchase of this car, which I totally love. The process was the quickest I have ever experienced in buying a car. Thank you soooo much Vance, I will definately purchase my next vehicle through. Thanks for everything!!!! More

I had moved to a new county and had to have the car towed to them. I had gone to several garages in my new area; and did not fell confident they could locate my problem. Tyler in the Service Shop was extremely helpful and spoke to me for several days until, I had decided to have the car towed to them. I called several days in a row to coordinate and discuss my options. Tyler was always available, friendly and went out of his way to work with my situation. After the car was towed, Tyler stayed in touch and spent time going over what had been tested and what my options were. Tyler and the Service Shop staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident about what they were checking and the service they were going to provide. I had to leave the car there for a few days after the work was done. Tyler and the Kia staff made me feel assured this was not a problem and not to worry. They stayed in touch and worked around my schedule to pick up the car. Jones Kia staff did a wonderful job and made a very stressful situation I had regarding my car not stressful. Other garages I had gone to, did not work with me on a personal level. The service was outstanding and Tyler particularly was awesome. It was a great experience. More
Currently my 2018 Kia Soul plus ahs been sitting at this dealer due to engine issues for over a week. It has not been touched and I keep getting the we are waiting for Kia to call us. My Kia has 61,000 mile dealer due to engine issues for over a week. It has not been touched and I keep getting the we are waiting for Kia to call us. My Kia has 61,000 miles on it with a 100,00 mile power train warranty. After, i dropped the car off for the entire week I was told that the service person assigned to my vehicle was out for three days and would not get back to me til Friday 5/20/22. On Friday, I was asked to provide my service receipts which I have done. I was also told that Jones would provide a no charge rental to me. However, when I arrived to pick it up after turning in the rental that cost me $700.00 I was told they had not heard from Kia and would have to pay for it. I then had no vehicle and had to pay to Uber home. This is a nightmare. Today I am seeking legal counsel!! More
Telluride buyers beware. This dealership is charging well above MSRP and gouging customers. Which should be illegal, but is certainly unethical. Will never be purchasing a This dealership is charging well above MSRP and gouging customers. Which should be illegal, but is certainly unethical. Will never be purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that victimizes people. They make plenty of money on MSRP, just being greedy and sleazy by charging more. Just because many dealerships are doing it, doesn't make it right. More
I wrote a previous negative review of Jones KIA. Regarding extra charges like marketing adjustment. They got back to me and refunded the money. Chalk it up to a communication error. All is fine now. Don't purchase from this dealer. They advertise one price on the web and on the window sticker, only to tell you there is a mandatory "marketing adjustment" of $3500 on a Forte (plus tax at 6%) that is requi on the web and on the window sticker, only to tell you there is a mandatory "marketing adjustment" of $3500 on a Forte (plus tax at 6%) that is required and beyond the control of the dealership. The salesperson was Jericho Huntley. We were led to believe an external source like KIA USA required this add on. We were told it was due to vehicle shortages. Maryland law doesn't allow this add on to be omitted in any advertising. Further the window sticker didn't include the charge. Some other dealers advertise a "marketing adjustment" from $500 to $1500 for KIA sedans and some don't charge marketing adjustments. After buying 7 new KIAs from this dealership, we didn't expect to be treated like this. We contacted one of the owners, Danny Jones, (and his secretary) by email a week ago and explained what happened, and to date haven't even gotten an acknowledgement from him or the secretary named Christina. We are pursuing this through three avenues outside the dealership. Be warned about these "marketing adjustments". They are not mandatory. The money goes to the dealership and not KIA USA or some other mandatory source. Also ve warned that they will also try to tack on an aftermarket item for minor dent repair at $727 without asking you or mentioning it when you pay. Thete is a cancellation clause that we exercised. They make money off the MSRP price and also charge $500 for a "dealer charge. When you add up the dealer charge an "marketing adjustment, plus the 6% tax, you are talking about an extra $4,240 for a small Forte. Be warned! More
