Their customer service is decent, but the service and repair employees are the worst people ever. I had brought my car in with all the info of what was wrong and i just wanted my car to be fixed instead repair employees are the worst people ever. I had brought my car in with all the info of what was wrong and i just wanted my car to be fixed instead of having to be told i didnt have the right codes and i was wrong. They proceded to act like i didnt know what i was talking about when i was explaining what was wrong. Instead i get charged a 170$ bill for “mechanics compensation” as they said, for them checking for the SAME EXACT CODE I HAD. They proceeded to say i have to pay an extra almost 300 bucks for them to fix it plus the part itself only costing an added 100 bucks. Mind you i had to wait 3 hours for them to tell me that it was the same error code i already told them. The services is terrible and i can’t believe we let people that wont listen to the customer work, it’s disappointing. More

Sales efforts to create good customer relationships are wasted because dealing with service/auto body is a nightmare. They repeatedly give you made up estimates for when the car will be ready, then refuse wasted because dealing with service/auto body is a nightmare. NO! NO! NO! Went in and sat down with Phillip. Asked to purchase new or used Kia Forte. Phillip goes and runs a credit check, comes back and says the cre NO! NO! Went in and sat down with Phillip. Phillip goes and runs a credit check, comes back and says the credit was not good but the bank approved you for a car payment of $430 a month on a 2020 Kia Sportage with 93000 miles which was sitting right next to us in the showroom. Now who buys a 2 year old vehicle with almost 100000 miles on it already. I think that was one of they're loaner vehicles but we told him no. We wanted to see other vehicles instead and he told us that was only vehicle she could get. HUH? He said the bank would only approve that vehicle so we got up to leave and suddenly he had a different vehicle which was also trash they were trying to throw away. Now when did car salesman start picking out the cars for customers and approving the sale without a test drive or even any information on the vehicle like the price, the milage, car fax....anything. NO! NO! AND NO! Needless to say we left. They are still calling trying to sell a vehicle. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN! They took one look at 2 females and saw victims written all over us. I wouldn't buy a car from this dealer if it was free..and whats crazy is that had Phillip taken the time to talk with us instead of trying to get over on us, we were prepared to pay down half the cost of the vehicle we were actually interested in..but he didnt..Clearly likes to take advantage of people. I've never been more insulted in my life. I will never do business with Jones auto dealership or anyone affilliated with them. And I will definitely be reporting this information to BBB and FTC. Never judge a book by the cover... NO! JUST NO! More
