I took my 2020 Kia Soul in for a recall issue and it turned out that the engine needed to be replaced. The customer service representative submitted a warranty claim and told us that it should be covere turned out that the engine needed to be replaced. Jones Kia never called to update us on the progress of our warranty claim so it was on us to call them every few days. Each time we called, excuses were made about the delays. After a month and a half of not having a car to drive, our warranty claim was denied. Never were we connected with a manager to discuss the issue and we were without our car for over 50 days. My car has been towed to another dealership to get the required work done in a timely manner. More

Their customer service is decent, but the service and repair employees are the worst people ever. I had brought my car in with all the info of what was wrong and i just wanted my car to be fixed instead repair employees are the worst people ever. I had brought my car in with all the info of what was wrong and i just wanted my car to be fixed instead of having to be told i didnt have the right codes and i was wrong. They proceded to act like i didnt know what i was talking about when i was explaining what was wrong. Instead i get charged a 170$ bill for “mechanics compensation” as they said, for them checking for the SAME EXACT CODE I HAD. They proceeded to say i have to pay an extra almost 300 bucks for them to fix it plus the part itself only costing an added 100 bucks. Mind you i had to wait 3 hours for them to tell me that it was the same error code i already told them. The services is terrible and i can’t believe we let people that wont listen to the customer work, it’s disappointing. More

Sales efforts to create good customer relationships are wasted because dealing with service/auto body is a nightmare. They repeatedly give you made up estimates for when the car will be ready, then refuse wasted because dealing with service/auto body is a nightmare. They repeatedly give you made up estimates for when the car will be ready, then refuse to be accountable. I won’t buy another car from them (this was my second) or use their service, and I don’t recommend anyone else do so. More
