Non-transparent about pricing My wife and I purchased a car here. The people were friendly for most of the experience, but towards the end of the process they screw you over. They quoted us a price and they were coy about whether it included their ongoing service package. They added a bunch of extra fees right at the end and, instead of explaining what they were charging for, they just threw it onto the financing documents. It was an awful experience. They took advantage of our good will. I would never buy another car here. It's not so much the fees, but the horribly underhanded way in which they forced them on us. More

Both purchases have been made with the help of, Jeff Moore, my salesman, who I highly recommend to everyone. He has been there to help me with all of my questions, needs and concerns, and has put me into the perfect vehicle each time! Charlie, in the finance department, has also been extremely helpful with all of my financial concerns, and he has helped me to improve my credit score each time. I also highly recommend the Service Dept., they always get me in on time and I have never waited longer than I was expecting to! More
