Purchasing a new Hyundai Sonata In November,2016 I decided to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata from a local Baltimore dealer.Three dealers were given to me, Jones Hyundai was one of the In November,2016 I decided to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata from a local Baltimore dealer.Three dealers were given to me, Jones Hyundai was one of them. The dealership was highly recomended by several neighbors and friends. Upon my arrival at this dealership and meeting the staff, I would tend to agree. However, I believe there are things they could do to improve service. First, before they turn the vehicle over to me, they could put in a set of floor mats that was listed on the vehicles sticker. When I called and mentioned this to the salesman, he told me to drive back to the dealership, some 25 miles away to pick them up, an unecessary inconvience to me. Then about a week later as I was washing this vehicle I noticed part of the front passenger door inner framing was coming loose. This was a minor problem that could have been easily fixed during a final inspection before the vehicle was turned over to me. Again, I had to go to the vehicles service department, they checked the problem had to order a door clip and at this time I am waiting on the part to arrive. Overall, this dealership seems to adequate to meet my needs, but I reserve judgment on their service to this vehicle. Perhaps in time my opinion will change for the positive, but I will wait and see. More
