2017 Hyundai Overall I had a pretty good experience. Although I did not receive the inspection prior to getting my car, an appointment was made to inspect and top Overall I had a pretty good experience. I received the car with the windshield wiper fluid practically empty so I did fill that on my own. I do think that the free car wash should be open regardless of the weather. More attention should be given to the sign stating whether the car wash is open or closed. The sign read that it was closed and it was 60 degrees so I asked what kind of weather does it need to be for the car wash to be open. I reveived a response that someone forgot to flip the sign around. My salesperson, Jen, was informative and helpful. She was pulled away for a mandatory meeting which is out of her control. Management should not pull salespeople away from the customer. I did have to wait approximately 1/2 hour for her to return from the meeting. More
