If I'm given a price for "out the door", I shouldn't be hit with options afterward that I didn't know existed, and frankly, feel should already be included with the vehicle. Also, getting a "good deal" of $13,000 for a trade in, then seeing the trade in advertised for $23,000 ($10,000 more) doesn't sound like such a "good deal" after all. Especially when the trade in was in excellent condition to start with. Both of these items left me feeling taken advantage of, to the point not only would I not recommend Jones Junction to anyone, but I probably would tell people to avoid the establishment, especially if they are going to trade in a vehicle. More
