Timothy Trotter was the best salesman we have ever had when buying a car. He explained everything and kept us very happy! He took the time to explain all the things we were not used to on entire screens, when buying a car. He explained everything and kept us very happy! It’s not only the dealership but Ford themselves. First- when is the Ford company going to start manufacturing the items/ part they need here in the US so that we are not beholden to Foreign Countrie First- when is the Ford company going to start manufacturing the items/ part they need here in the US so that we are not beholden to Foreign Countries? I’m really tired of hearing SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES Second. Why in Gods name did it take 16 months for me to finally get my new truck? And even then not everything I ordered was on the truck. I originally sat down with the owner and sales person from the dealership January of 2023 and their comment to me was “you’ll be lucky to get this truck be Thanksgiving. Third- why did I have to call the 800 number to inquire about how much longer do I have to wait for my truck? The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been nicer. I gave her my order number and all I heard from her was oh my. She said we have a couple things wrong. 1) being that we are beyond September you need to go to the dealership and up date your order because she could not change from her end 2) being that it’s a new production year, the color of the truck you ordered has been discontinued. My answer to her was WHY didn’t anyone from the dealership notice me sooner. She didn’t have an answer and apologized and said good luck Fourth- I show up at the dealers to tell them what I found out and I asked them why nobody contacted me. You have my home number, my cell number, my work number, and my e-mail address. And to top it off I’m in here just about every three month with either my vehicle or my wife’s vehicle to be fixed or serviced, and I make a joke about where in the xxxx is my new truck and everyone laughs Fifth- sometime in April my son in law said that if I had the vin number to the truck that I could take it to the dealer and they can find out where it is. I believe it was a Thursday and i when to see the sales person and when I went to park My car I noticed a truck just the way I ordered it. I went in side and asked the sales person to please look up this vin and let me know where my truck is at. With the he gets up and says we have your new truck. It’s been hers since Monday, but the ticket said C Thomas and we couldn’t figured who that guy was, now we know it’s you. I was thrilled. Long story short when I got home and really went through the truck I noticed the the 5 roof light were missing. I got ahold of the owner of the dealerships sonHe asked me how I liked my new truck. I said it was great but one thing. He sad what’s that, I showed him the original order and pointed to the roof lights and asked him what they were. He said they are the roof lights. So I turned him around and asked him where on that truck pointing to my new one would they be. He stammered and said I’ll get it taken care of. You’re not going to cut holes in the roof of that truck as long as I’m living. It should have been done at the factory and you not getting the truck because I may never see it again. They were going to let me know what they where going to do, snd again no answer Sixth- so now you know the who the what and the why, and now I’m going to ask you. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? Good dam luck More
