Very nice and friendly staff and always very helpful. I always get an appointment when needed and if something simple I can just stop by and they will help me. Had a problem with drivers side back wind I always get an appointment when needed and if something simple I can just stop by and they will help me. I was impressed with Jones Ford service dept, especially when I forgot an item that was needed to complete my service, they were able to fit me in the next day. Other dealerships it would have been a week a when I forgot an item that was needed to complete my service, they were able to fit me in the next day.
