Buyer beware. I purchased a brand new 2023 F-150 Lariat. Upon purchase there was a scratch on steering wheel button, scratch on bumper and loose interior component I purchased a brand new 2023 F-150 Lariat. Upon purchase there was a scratch on steering wheel button, scratch on bumper and loose interior components. Upon taking it into service and having to call at 5:15pm to see if my truck was done, I was returned a damaged truck with unfinished warranty work. So I had to take my truck to dealership again and was once returned with a dissatisfied experience. The scratch on steering wheel had been spray painted and left discoloration and is now beginning to peel. And the paint job of damage repair was horrible. Ripples in the paint and paint not matching and they blamed the manufacturer for paint inconsistencies, needless to say I got angry. Not to mention the loaner vehicle they gave me was defective. As I was driving the Red Ford Edge the air bag casing came loose from the steering wheel. I don’t think there was an airbag installed. I am now waiting for a complete steering wheel repair and another paint job. It is now going on two weeks with no follow up. I might mention that not one person from the management team has contacted me regarding my experience. And anytime I brought in my truck, nobody seemed to know what was going on. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. Although, Travis my sales person has been very patient and empathetic towards me. More
