Unexpectedly, a new XLT came in, I received a text from Manny, I called him, and I drove right there. In two and 1/2 hours, I had made my decision to get the one that came in, had met with Brady (the Finance Manager) and all the paperwork was finalized. I went back two days later to get my Maverick and left my trade-in there. Every conversation and every meeting was quite pleasant and easy. More
I just bought a new truck 15 days ago. The truck doesn’t work, they sold me this truck with a bunch of lies and they don't want to help me with an exchange or something fair. They want me to trade in the truck and lose almost 9000 dls when I only used the truck for 15 days. The truck is in perfect conditions but is an electric truck f150 lightning pls. Don't buy one of these trucks, the battery is a complete fail from Ford when I was in the process to buy the truck they told me that the truck is going to give me a range of 240 to 320 miles and thats a big lie this truck only gives me like 180-190 miles and I have proof of that and thats only if you aren’t towing, once you connect a empty trailer to the truck the range mileage goes down 100 miles so you only have 80-90 miles to travel but they never tell you that when you are buying it More
I bought a used truck last week . Beautiful truck. Saw it online and made the drive from NorCal to casa grande. Worked with Glenn ,the salesman , and agreed on the price. Great guy ! Beautiful truck. Fun guys to talk with . So , after leaving for the long drive home , I felt the transmission shift hard and shudder a bit, the engine light came on and a reduced speed caution was issued. I pulled over and called Glenn and after a few minutes they directed me to a nearby dealership to take care of my issue. I had to stay an extra day in a hotel until the problem was resolved. Between the jones group and the other dealership, I couldn’t have been treated any better. The hotel and a rental car were taken care of and the way these two dealerships worked together was beautiful. Glenn still calls to see how things are going. Top notch group More

Yes I bought a vehicle from this dealership, yes I got screwed over. I have tried multiple times to get things corrected and fell on deaf ears. I was never informed about the accidents this vehicle had, screwed over. I have tried multiple times to get things corrected and fell on deaf ears. I was never informed about the accidents this vehicle had, never supplied with the full inspection report, FLAT OUT LIED TO ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE ONLY PUT ROUGHLY 3500 MILES ON TRUCK SINCE I BOUGHT IT AND THE BRAKES ARE TOTALLY SHOT, check engine light says it needs 4 injectors, battery light always stays on- charging system doesn't work properly, both front door windows barely open and close, yes the truck had low miles on it and body is in great shape for it's age. There is some kind of external plug in underneath the truck all tied up in a plastic bag. while I was driving the truck home I was smelling a stale odor, ( When they detailed the truck,they flooded underneath the carpet. I had to remove all seats and carpet to drain and suck up all standing water. When I tried to contact the salesman he told me they weren't going to put money into the necessary repairs because that's why I got it for a cheaper price, but yet they NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME ABOUT ALL THE MAJOR DEFECTS. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE MANAGER OR OWNER ALL MY CALLS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I THOUGHT I was getting a good deal on this vehicle, but instead I got burned!!! I don't recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Now I have to replace the brakes all the way around, replace the injectors, replace both front door window regulator, tear out the headliner and find what's leaking in the roof, fix all the bad wires underneath the truck. With everything that needs to be done to make the truck safe to drive and run properly it will cost me around 5000.00. I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!! As of today May 29th, 2024 I have received 1 phone call from the dealership in reference to my review. I explained to them what my issues are and was told they would talk with the sales manager and the general manager and get back with me. It's been over a month since they called me and still no word back from them. I just found out that they charge an extra $2000.00 for things that they were never supposed to be charging. 1) $349.00- etching fee, this is something they do for all there customers free of charge - but yet the charged me. 2) $17.00 for registration and license fee- even though I signed a form stating I was NOT GOING TO REGISTER THIS VEHICLE IN THERE STATE, SEEING I DON'T LIVE THERE. 3) sales tax- they said there sales tax is 6.5%, but yet they charged me at 8.7000 % 4) a $8.00 postage fee.- for what I have no idea, they haven't mailed anything to me. I'M STILL WAITING ON THE TITLE FOR THIS VEHICLE!!! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS VEHICLE UNTIL I RECEIVE SAID TITLE. AS FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE, MY CERTIFIED MECHANIC SAYS IT WILL COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $3800.00, JUST TO BRING THIS VEHICLE BACK TO FACTORY SPECS. ADD IN THE TAXES AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF They OVERCHARGED ME FOR AND DELIBERATELY SCREWED ME ON BRINGS THE TOTAL TO AROUND $5600.00 I CAN'T ENFICE ENOUGH TO THE PEOPLE JUST HOW MUCH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER JUST SO THEY CAN MAKE A SALE.!!!!!! More
