We live in Tucson I travel extensively back and forth to Phoenix The experience I've had with the dealers in both these areas was high pressure and down right a horrible experience! By luck I stumbled across the reviews of Jones ford on the way home from Phoenix. What a God send! I read one of the reviews mentioning the sales manager Kevin and the sales person Amanda. Needless to say when meeting both of them they had me at hello! We got exactly what we wanted with NO PRESSURE,HASSLE OR ANXIETY! In and out in less than 3 hours, it took longer due to me not knowing which option to take Amanda gave us to choose from. I'm a sales person also and the key to my success is understanding and treating people like I would want to be treated ,if I was buying something .This fact is not taught in a book its in a person or its not. In this fast paced high pressure world its very comforting to know these attributes still exist with some people! :) Thanks again Amanda and Kevin we are very happy ! Eddie and Natalie More

Only good thing I can say is Mark (Sales) was great. But thats where it ends, Finance was Horrible, threw a fit when I paid with my USAA check because they could not make money on the finance ( my wife was thats where it ends, Finance was Horrible, threw a fit when I paid with my USAA check because they could not make money on the finance ( my wife was watching the finance person yell, scream and bang on her table in her office ) We had some issues with the car and for a month can not get a follow up call, have tried through sales, have spoke to internet director, and lastly Service Manager. All told me they would call back and never have. I finally called Ford to see if they can help. I needed an armrest replaced (damaged) and was told by the Internet director that they did not want to replace it with a new one because they did not make enough money when they sold me the car! We spend over 40k on a new Explorer with a damaged arm rest, scratch in the cup holder console, and sratches in the paint. Beware of this dealership...there is no follow up after you leave! More
On 12/31/12, I had the privilege of buying a car from the Glenn Jones Auto Center in Casa Grande. I call it a privilege because on 12/30/12, I drove two hours and had an experience so horrendous with a dealership in Phoenix that I had decided that I would rather restore my 1996 Dodge Avenger than step foot in another car dealership. Thank God, I did not have to take that route. I contacted USAA, which had referred me to this certified dealer, and they guided me to Glenn Jones (20 minutes from my home). When I arrived, Jason (the sales representative with whom I had the appointment) waited patiently outside my car as I prayed. As I exited my vehicle, Jason greeted me warmly and stated that he had the vehicle we had spoken about ready for a test drive. When I told Jason, I had decided on another type of vehicle and had printouts of the vehicles (3) that I wanted to see instead, he graciously looked at the stack of papers in my hands. I could go on about how wonderful the whole staff was during the process but you would not believe I was talking about a car dealership! The entire process and was seamless, enjoyable, and absent of any pressure tactics. This staff is the epitome of integrity and their customer service in every department is superb. It was refreshing to do business with people who really do put the customer first. Do not waste your time going anywhere else if you are looking for a car. I have been telling everyone about this experience. I joyfully give honor to whom honor is due. Glenn Jones Auto Center in Casa Grande, gives car dealerships a good name. More
I was forced into buying a new car (my old one was WORN out). I went in dreading the experience, ie pushy salesmen, agressive financing, and never ending fighting over price. When I arrived, I had no clue what I wanted but Amanda showed me multiple vehicles and ran back and forth for what seemed dozens of keys. She knew I wasn't planning to buy that day and never pushed for me to buy early or more expensively than I wanted to. I settled on a Ford Edge and Mark put together a price structure that was very fair, the first time, with no haggling. I left to look at other dealers and makes. These other dealerships barraged me with pushy salespeople and aggressive finance people. Everything I was trying to avoid. I called Amanda and said we were coming in to buy the Edge and she started the paperwork and sent the car to detail. We had preapproved financing but had allowed Christina to look for better options, not expecting anything. She was able to drop the interest almost a full point. The paperwork was quick and addition of gap insurance and extended warranty were offered without pressure. The Glenn Jones team is a class act. I will definitely be going back for all my families future vehicle purchases! More

My experiences with Glenn Jones Ford have involved personal involvement with Glenn Jones, Gen. Mgr. in enquiring about my vehicle service as he noticed that I had been waiting for awhile. The reason was extra care by Chris Elia in the service dept. Kim Salazar, the Service Mgr. routinely interacts with the customers which is a tremendous boost for customer spirit. This spirit is found throughout the agency. This starts with the greeting from Eric Paytosh, the Service Writer. The last vehicle I purchased was a 2006 Mustang GT, which was Mark Appel's demo. car. Once I drove it with Mark and Christina's assistance in short order it was mine. The last time I had this type of service was at Koerner Motors in Rochester, N.Y.
