While I waited for my truck to be ready, I had an enjoyable conversation with Rick Honeycutt, who sold me the Ranger. When I went to check out a women named Jackie gave me a bill for $60. When I asked her why do I owe $60, she very rudely said-Why wouldn't you owe $60? A very nice gentleman employee-I wish I knew his name- heard her tone and told her that the oil change was free because I was using points. After redoing the paper work, Jackie gave it to me and in a very rude tone said HAVE A NICE DAY. Jackie ruined a very good experience at Jones Ford. More

Good experience, except the service tech found a nail in a tire but did not fix it. Got half way home and it was leaking.
