I should have stayed in Phoenix where they aren’t hurting for car deals. They sold a car without doing any service work, proceeded to tell me that because it was an Audi that they can’t do it there. I asked multiple times about the “service due” light that would pop up when I started the car and they lied right my face and said it was “no big deal just needs oil change”. I went to Audi dealership to get my service and make everything was ok and they told me something was wrong. I since then have been putting money into this car to keep it running. I should have seen the red flags and walked away, but on the flip side one should be confident walking into a dealership like his and expect to get quality vehicles. As a consumer I would NEVER buy from these people. Make the drive and go to Phoenix to buy a car they don’t have to do dirty stuff just to sell you a car! I hope your owner reads this and see the type of people that work here. Don’t work with Xavier he wants as my salesman wh lies to my face. Great job guys on screwing me over with one of the most expensive cars to maintenance... i was so happy to buy a car and you sell me a pile of xxxx! More

He asked what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and kept that in mind the entire time and never pushed me to go away from what I wanted. He was very professional and he treated me and my young son like family! John also gave my Dad, son and I a voucher to got get breakfast while we waited for the loan to be processed!! I cant say enough about how great John was even after I left the lot, he followed up with me and went the extra mile to contact tye previous owner of my vehicle to get a spare key!!! John is a great Representative and Face of Jones Ford!! More

They knew the engine was bad, but didn't say anything to me about a possible problem with the engine. I did buy AS IS, so partially my fault. There is a load of blame to be laid upon Jones Auto for them knowing there was at least one major problem with the truck and not being honest and upfront about it. I have pictures of the original invoice, the engine replacement invoice, and pictures showing the engine had been tinkered with at some point before I purchased it. More
Watch out, they'll steal from you. Jones Ford preformed an incorrect timing job on a 2013 Focus ST 2.0L ecoboost engine. Had to go to Rodeo Ford to get the timing professionally done. Went to JF with documented proof they screwed up, I was talked to rudely by Scotty, and lied to over the phone by the manager upon an agreement they'd pay me back. This event happened on 2/21/17, its now 3/6/17 and the dealership has not payed me back for the faulty process. More

This time I've had problems with my truck a few times and haven't even given my first payment. Very disappointed and won't be back ever again! More
