This in a review on jones Chevy. These people are absolute liars and crooks. They are world class con artists! After being scammed and several attempts to contact the GM , sales Mgr. Or anyone who would even listen all they would do as soon as they realized it was me they hung up the phone even the receptionist got on board call the internet Dept a while a Mgr there was listening in total disbelief another Mgr reached over and hung the phone up mid sentence. The person called me back on her personal cell and apologized saying she didn’t not condone that kind of actions. Although I believe she was probably the only ethical person there she said it was orders from the top and would loose her job if she tried to help. The BBB sent a case to them which the refused to respond. They just let us know that it would be filed as not responded to. Bottom line I can’t even begin to describe who big of lying crooks these people are. The worse part is their actions are obviously the way the ownership and management want them to conduct business. This is bar none the most crooked business I have ever experienced! I’m 68 More

Honestly, my documentation of disappointment fills pages! However, my intent with this review is to help you better serve online/distance customers in the future. Most car dealerships today have a wide array of experience with online and distance sales. This is why it surprises me that a large dealership like Jones Chevrolet would struggle with this. One of the last people I talked to, Nash, actually admitted in our phone conversation that the handling of our online sale was a “complete debacle”. I was in hopes that he would help fix some of the wrongs, but no such luck. He was like all the other Jones representatives, all talk no action… no follow up. If it wasn’t for the fact that we couldn’t find the exact used Toyota Tacoma anywhere else, we would have purchased it somewhere else! This is the treatment we received by Marlene, Jesse, Gus, Nash: half-answers, no answers, complete runaround, condescending responses, empty promise, complete avoidance… the list goes on! NO ONE has EVER called and even followed up on the delivery of our truck!! Once they got our money, they were finished with us! A good sales routine by a dealership should be a commitment and not a vague promise that never happens. Shame on you Jones Chevrolet for how you’ve handled the sale of our truck! Shame on you for not caring about the customer! Follow up 30 days later: We still haven’t received the title for our truck. The temporary tag that they gave us has expired. Called today to get a hold of someone who could help us. Had to call two days in a row. No one ever returned my phone call. Finally Stephanie says she’s going to overnight me an extended tag and let me know that the original title was sent to the previous owner instead of me. WOW! Another debacle! Contacted Nash again to see if I could get his help… No such luck! I wonder if the Google review team for Jones Chevrolet in Humboldt, Tennessee will be commenting on this post and welcoming me to the Jones Humboldt family? Guess not! Remember people… When you buy something… The product is only as good as how well it’s backed up by the seller! This would not be Jones Chevrolet! More
Most unprofessional service ever. Took car for oil leak had car for an ENTIRE month. Had to take back because still leaking was told was oil plug. It was not they scheduled car to be worked on on October 1 had car for an ENTIRE month. Had to take back because still leaking was told was oil plug. After multiple stops into dealership and phone calls I went straight to dealership once again talked to another manager and low and behold they were finally working on car on November 15th almost another ENTIRE month. I will be contacting General Motors corporate or who ever they answer to this is sooo unacceptable 2 months total just to fix leaking oil pan. More
